Tagged. No not the flickr tag…

From the day i saw Shikha’s Tagged post, I was trying hard to find out where is the tagging funda there? I was thinking of the Web 2.0 tags and I couldnt find it in the crux of her post. But then I got it cleared by Shikha herself saying that its all about answering some questions. The funda is that the tag just passes on and the one who is tagged has to answer the questions. She also said that I’m tagged and asked me to come up with some answers. So here it is…

I am thinking about…

  • Getting married and of course about my future wife
  • How to survive in this big bad city

I want to…

  • Make a name in my new workplace for which I have started working on
  • Settle down asap here and start on with my routines and hobbies. Now its all gone haywire
  • To be famous (Dont know how)

I wish…

  • Some girl could find me attractive / interesting
  • I could be with my family and friends

I hear…

  • Music – Listening to MTV, Channel V and I’m plugged into my PC music at work

I wonder…

  • Always about everything

I regret…

  • About nothing actually. Ofcourse if given a chance, i would like to go back and change some things which might make some things better, but i dont think i regret about the things i did. Everything was a learning experience.

I am…

  • an Aquarian (This question should have been somewhere on top)
  • a Software User Experience Designer
  • Highly conservative
  • What I am

I dance…

  • At parties

I sing…

  • Always

I cry…

  • When I’m sad
  • When I watch emotional scenes in movies
  • When i listen to some songs to which i have some memories attached

I am not always…

  • Bad

I make with my hands…

  • Food. I have made some bachelor recipes myself which i try out at times. Now in the new city I think I will have to cook my dinners.
  • Sketches, Wireframes and Designs (Work Stuff)

I write…

I confuse…

  • Mostly its me who get confused. I dont confuse anyone

I need…

  • Money
  • Love
  • A good house. I’m so particular about my place of stay. No compromise on that.
  • A Car
  • Good work, co workers and a good work environment

And finally…

  • Ah phew. I can go home now…
  • Btw whoever reads this and if they have a blog consider themselves tagged and you better do this exercise…

  1. I read through her post, and like you couldnt really understand the funda behind it.. but i am a learned woman now..

was a welcome respite to read.. considering i am going through the worst possible nightmare of self “worthless – realization”, that you have accomplished nothing in life.. and that your being or not being is of no consequence..

    i am making my resume…

  3. Now that you’re familiar with tag, do you mind taking up another tag – a book tag? As long as you dont write Professional ASP and the like 😉 LOL

@Souparna – you need to take up Umesh’s tag, if only to get a clearer perspective on (your) life.

  4. 🙂 Liked the tag and the ensuing discussion. I also got to know the following:

    1) Marriage, wife and girl seems to be high priority on your list. [I hope those 3 are linked thou ;)]
    2) You are ‘Bad’ sometimes.
    3) You are highly conservative! (Now that I don’t believe. How can you explain the Allen Solly with the Mango designs in maroon-purple?)
    4) Lots of good stuff r required to make you tick: Good music, good food, good work, co-workers and work environment, and gr8 place to stay.
    5) I liked: the cry part – I cry sometimes/feel very emotional when I hear songs that bring back old memories too :).

  5. Soup, Just go for it…

Balaji, i know i know ellam balaji mayam.. baaki ellame loose thanam

Visitor, Welcome to NBS. A book tag and me? I think you havent really gone through my blog and especially De Souparna Code. That might answer your request. Please come back again…

Shikha, oh wow i think you are the only one who gave a comprehensive review on that. On the conservative stuff, i did think about it… may be i\’m the new age conservative, not the age old one. Not like our amma achan kind of conservative 🙂 On the \”cry\” part, may be i will talk about it on a separate post. I was toying with the idea for a long time. May be this can trigger it off…

  6. @Balaji:
Hmmm… I think I can recollect non-Indian blogs doing audio/music tags, book tags etc… but I need to find out which ones do. I guess tagging sort of originated from the game where you run up to people and say “Tag, you’re it”.

There is also another kind, whereby people start a story and tag others, who keep adding bits to the story, till it becomes a sort of epic. Read about this at http://www.tagyoureit.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

And Balaji, you’re tagged, by me :). No need to be descriptive; we’ll be delighted if you just give us your now-famous one-liners. 😀
